Racing Edition Capsule

Every year at the beginning of the season, Muur receives pantone books with the polyamide colors we can use for our bib shorts. These are small booklets with small fabric swatches to check quality and color and design bib shorts from there.

**Polyamide is a type of fabric that cannot be customized, unlike jerseys. Therefore, the design starts from the fabric's intrinsic color.

When they arrived this year and we saw the mauve color, we were amazed. Its shine and tone are incredible, and from that moment on, we knew we had to make a pair of bib shorts in that color.

With the launch of the summer collection, we had to decide on the colors for the bib shorts, and although mauve was pre-selected, we had to discard it.

The truth is that the summer collection has been a success. We were still craving the mauve, and a month and a half ago, the opportunity arose to create a capsule collection.

That's when we opted for the mauve bib shorts; it was the right choice, and there was no discussion. We just needed to find a matching jersey.

I have always liked the racing aesthetic of underground cycling: fixed-gear criteriums, very striking jerseys, colors you don't see elsewhere, and race logos. So we set about it.

The 'U' on the back of our jerseys has become our hallmark, but this time we wanted to change it, as well as the arrangement of logos on the torso.

Thus, we launched the new design, in an incredible cream color and with logos different from anything we have done before, but retaining all the Muur essence.

Another thing that often happens to us is that when a garment is released, we have been looking at it for 4 or 5 months, and often we get tired of some designs and always want to do more.

We thought about accompanying the bib shorts with another jersey option, and that's how the green one came about, with an incredible wave design that further enhances this racing aesthetic.

In addition, for this edition, we have developed quite distinct men's and women's models. This includes a raglan sleeve that extends directly from the neck and improves the garment's fit. In the women's model, we have shortened the sleeve for a better aesthetic fit, and in the men's model, it is slightly longer.
