Crash Replacement Policy

At MUUR, we know that falls are part of cycling. If you fall and your MUUR garment is damaged, we want to help you get back on the road.

That's why we offer a 40% discount on the purchase of the same garment damaged as a result of a fall.

1. Who can apply for Crash Replacement?

The program is available to customers who have purchased a garment directly from muurconcept.com and whose garment has been damaged as a result of a fall while cycling.

The application must be made within 12 months of the purchase date.

2. How to apply?

To apply for your Crash Replacement:

  1. Send an email to web@muurconcept.com.

  2. Use "CRASH" as the subject of the email.

  3. Include a clear photo of the damaged garment in the email.

  4. Indicate your order number.

Once we receive the application, our team will review the case and confirm by email if the application has been approved.

3. What discount do we offer?

Once the application is approved, you will receive a 40% discount on the current retail price of the same damaged garment.

The discount will only apply to the replacement of the damaged garment and cannot be used to purchase another model or different product.

4. Crash Replacement Conditions

  • The original purchase must have been made at muurconcept.com.

  • The application must be made within 12 months of the purchase date.

  • The benefit can be used only once per garment purchased.

  • The discount will be 40% off the current retail price of the same garment.

  • The discount will be subject to stock availability.

5. What damages are included?

The Crash Replacement is intended for damage caused directly as a result of a fall while cycling.

Damages resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear from use.

  • Incorrect washing or care of the garment.

  • Snags or chafing caused during normal use.

  • Modifications or repairs made by the customer.

  • Any other damage not related to a fall.

6. Garment Availability

The Crash Replacement is subject to stock availability of the same garment.

If the model, color, or size is no longer available, MUUR may offer an equivalent alternative, when possible.
