How our process works:
1. We advise you on which garment best suits your project: cycling, athletic, or casual.
2. We shape your initial idea or sketch and turn it into a reality.
3. We adapt your final design to all garments in the order.
4. After your approval, we proceed to production.
- Minimum units for an order? The minimum for an order is 5 units.
- How do I know what size to order? We have a sample kit that we will send you free of charge.
- Can custom garments be returned? They cannot be exchanged or returned, except for manufacturing defects.
- How long will my order take to arrive? 4 to 6 weeks. The sales representative will inform you of the approximate delivery date after order confirmation.
- Can I reorder with the same design after some time? Yes, as long as the minimum order is 5 units.
